About the Role
As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the execution of strategies that drive Clari's growth in the B2B SaaS space. Your primary role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and boost the sales pipeline. Collaborating with business development representatives (BDRs), sales, and product marketing teams, you will ensure that these campaigns align with Clari's business objectives, target accounts, and ideal customer profile (ICP).

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be performed from any location in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns via email, PPC, content syndication, and webinars to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with sales teams and revenue development reps (RDRs) to ensure alignment on target accounts, lead quality, and inbound qualification.
- Develop and optimize lead nurturing programs using marketing automation tools to ensure a seamless lead handoff to sales teams.
- Track and report campaign performance, analyzing metrics like lead conversion rates, engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI to optimize strategies.
- Work with product marketing and content teams to create compelling messaging and content for demand-generation initiatives.
- Manage budget allocation for demand generation activities to ensure efficient resource use and maximum ROI.
- Maintain strong communication with RDRs to equip them with essential materials and strategies for supporting campaigns.
- Adjust marketing efforts in real-time based on sales targets, BDR initiatives, and market dynamics.
- Utilize marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce) to manage campaigns, ensure data accuracy, and create reliable reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fuel demand generation activities with high-quality content and event-driven campaigns.
- Continuously improve demand generation tactics based on data insights and best practices in B2B SaaS marketing.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation for a B2B SaaS environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue goals.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce), with strong skills in managing workflows, campaigns, and reporting.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and apply insights for continuous campaign optimization.
- Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects, deadlines, and budgets simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with sales teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment.
