Job Overview:

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Process and Systems consultant to join our team, ideally with expertise in platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiter or other leading HR Tech. platforms. As a Senior Consultant, your primary role would involve working closely with HR process owners to discern their HR technology needs, define requisite requirements, provide expert guidance, and lead projects that implement solutions in unison with IT.

This role demands a potent combination of techno-functional proficiency, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with HR Process owners and end-users to understand their HR process, applications requirements, challenges, and goals.
  • Forge inspiring user relationships, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Evaluating existing HR systems, processes, data structures and pinpointing opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Initiate & drive HR Tech projects on behalf of the HR Process Owners (Center of Expertise (CoEs)) in sync with the Process Owners, the IT HR applications team & HR Operations Support (RSC).
  • Actively translating HR requirements for IT in a way that utilizes HR functional knowledge and technological expertise to guide the conversation.
  • Driving the handover of the developed and launched process to HR Operations Support (RSC) ensuring accurate documentation and control.
  • Collect business requirements from HR Process owners and end-users, liaise with the process excellence function & IT and touchdown on User Acceptance Test (UAT) for the developed service or product.
  • Designing adoption programs including communication and training strategies to facilitate the adoption of new work methods and tools.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field (Master’s degree is advantageous) or exposure in IT
  • Considerable technical knowledge and experience (at least 7 years) with any HR Tech platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, SmartRecruiter etc.
  • Outstanding HR Process knowledge & functional skills (Talent, Rewards, Organization Capabilities, Learning, HR Operations, Recruitment, Employee Listening, Succession Planning, and Absence).
  • Robust project management skills, evidenced by a history of successful technology or process implementations. Familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Automation practices.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Profound problem-solving ability and analytical prowess.
  • Proven skills & experience in GAP Analysis and gathering business requirements from end users & conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Adaptability to diverse client environments and industries.
