Key Responsibilities
As the Senior Manager of Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) North America Data Quality Program, you will be integrated into the VCS North America Product Team, providing payment and value-added services to our clients. You will be in charge of monitoring, improving, and implementing data quality for business and commercial card transactions and enhanced data, while supervising the data quality program across all of Visa’s commercial products and services, collaborating with internal Visa teams. This role will concentrate on automating and implementing a data quality program over time. Regular interaction with cross-functional groups within Visa, our issuers, acquirers, processors, and merchants will be a fundamental aspect of this role, along with collaboration with necessary VCS product owners. The ultimate goal of this role is focused on client engagement and delivery, ensuring that program requirements and standards are understood and implemented by crucial stakeholders throughout the payment ecosystem in the United States.
This position is hybrid. Hybrid employees divide their time between remote work and office work. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office for 2-3 designated days per week, with a general guideline of being in the office for 50% or more of the time depending on business needs.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This role will be conducted in an office environment. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and over the phone, as well as frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

FOR U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The projected salary range for a new hire into this position is $147,700.00 to $192,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Actual salary may vary based on factors such as knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
