About the Role
As an early member of Hugging Face’s Success team, your aim will be to expand accounts, focusing particularly on larger companies. Your task will be to reduce the chances of customer drop-off, but more importantly upselling premium services by making recommendations to key decision-makers - typically directors of data science and their internal clients. MLEs in the success team concentrate on service delivery, working closely with customer data scientists and machine learning engineers. As the Senior Post-Sales ML Engineer, you will interact with customer leaders and managers to ensure that they are aware of the value we offer and discuss business challenges that Hugging Face can help solve or speed up.
To be effective in this position, the Senior Post-Sales ML Engineer needs to credibly and relevantly discuss the application of transformers and diffusers models to customer business. He should understand the work being undertaken by MLEs and be able to translate it into value for the customer's business. They should accurately represent the business opportunities corresponding to the latest models and innovations shipped by the Hugging Face teams - without requiring a “technical” individual to simplify it for them.
