Senior Software Engineer - (NLP/GenAI/Python)

About this role: This is a Senior Software Engineer (Machine Learning) position with experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Python-based applications to facilitate our Research and Consulting Delivery strategy. What you'll do: Establish methods for quickly rolling out new data analysis capabilities for standalone data-driven products and services to aid our associates using Machine Learning and NLP. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions to ensure NLP solutions align with the organization's strategic goals. Continually improve NLP models through experimentation and optimization techniques. Stay abreast of the latest progress in NLP and machine learning to contribute to the constant enhancement of the organization's technical capabilities. What you'll need: 4-6 years of experience in algorithms and statistics and experience in data mining, machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing. Must have a familiarity with Machine Learning models and techniques like NLP, BERT, Transformers, Deep Learning. Experience working with Python libraries like Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Numpy, NLTK, Spacy, and Scipy is required. Experience in fine-tuning language models. Experience building scalable data models and executing complex relational database queries using SQL (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience in MLOps Frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, DataRobot, Airflow, etc. Knowledge of Generative AI models like Open AI LLMs like LLAMA2, Vicuna, etc. Familiarity with RAG architecture pattern, Lang chain, vector DBs like Milvus, Cosmos, etc. Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and the ability to articulate prompts.
