We are currently seeking a highly skilled SSO Data Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving sales operations and analytics.
About the Role
The Global Sales Vendors (GSV) team significantly impacts our client's pipeline and AONR. As an SSO Data Analyst, you’ll bridge the gap in necessary sales operations and analytics support, ensuring comprehensive reporting and analysis to facilitate consistent and optimized business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Vendor Leadership: Identify key opportunities in the sales funnel and leverage data analytics to diagnose and implement strategic solutions.
- Dashboard Management: Build, maintain, and enhance all vendor dashboards, providing transparency on vendor metrics for global and regional leads.
- Capacity Planning: Develop capacity planning models to optimize SLA and ensure all leads receive proper service. Manage staffing and scheduling across multiple business geographies.
- Performance Improvement: Identify, measure, and manage key customer service metrics to improve performance.
- Vendor Target Setting: Partner with global and regional leads to set quarterly activation and sales targets for GSV vendors.
- Strategic Vendor Analysis: Conduct deep dives into underperformance areas and review key metrics to address process inefficiencies.
- XFN Alignment: Ensure metric definitions and data alignment with GTM infrastructure teams.
- Reporting: Own and improve intraday, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using Google Docs, Excel, and dashboards, focusing on key KPIs such as staffing, activations, and conversion rates.
- Data Optimization: Identify data availability gaps and collaborate with data engineering to optimize vendor data structure.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a highly quantitative business analyst role
- Expertise in dashboarding tools like Hubble and Tableau
- Experience in consumer sectors (B2C or D2C), preferably in fintech or high-growth startups
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large volumes of performance data for actionable insights
- Proficiency in SQL
- Strong communication skills to present insights to senior leaders
- Comfort in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
- Organizational skills to drive process improvements and team growth
- Action-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on scaling
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a sales operations role
- Experience in building financial models and forecasting sales volumes
- Working knowledge of data from Salesforce, Segment, Google Analytics, and email marketing tools like Customer.io

Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 5 AM to 2 PM (2 PM to 11 AM PST)
