Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end management of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to identify the root causes of technical problems.
  • Enhance our support knowledge base by creating detailed documentation and instructional articles.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by meeting response quality and timeliness targets.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring all issues are addressed efficiently.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of SQL and Python or PySpark.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with Machine Learning and Data Science tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Tensorflow, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch.
  • Experience with version control systems such as JIRA, Github, or Gitlab.
  • Proficiency in managing data platforms like Spark, Databricks, EMR, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
  • Previous customer-facing experience in roles such as IT Support or HelpDesk will be advantageous.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science (CS), or Information Sciences preferred.
