Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned and highly competent VP-Level Real World Data Lead to join our evolving team. You will oversee the provision of audience solutions to our clients, working closely with the creative, media, and data teams across an amalgamated team of Publicis Groupe. By utilizing privacy-compliant technologies and utilizing data science methods, you will develop and deliver real-world insights to ensure customized communication strategies that resonate with distinctive audiences, stimulate health participation to drive behavior change and outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Real World Data, Data Science techniques, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills to effectively convert insights into practical recommendations.
WHAT IT WILL TAKE
- Engage with clients and internal agency stakeholders to understand their business goals, target audiences, and communication strategies.
- Use real-world data sources and privacy-compliant technologies to analyze and extract insights that inform audience segmentation, targeting, and messaging strategies.
- Collaborate closely with creative, media, and data teams to ensure a seamless integration of data-driven insights into their related workflows.
- Formulate and apply data science techniques and methodologies to uncover patterns, trends, and behavioral insights from complex data sets.
- Use statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify actionable opportunities for optimizing communication strategies.
- Produce and deliver impactful presentations, reports, and visualizations that effectively relay data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Adopt an agile process for delivery, participating in sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and iterative development cycles to ensure speed and flexibility in project execution.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in real-world data, data science methods, privacy regulations, and AWS technologies to ensure best practices and compliance.
- Promote a collaborative environment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, encouraging knowledge sharing, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, delivering real-world data insights and/or audience solutions to clients.
- Deep expertise in Real World Data, including knowledge of data sources, data collection methodologies, and privacy regulations.
- Proficiency in data science techniques such as statistical modeling, machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with AWS platforms and services for data processing, storage, and analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying, transformation, and analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to convert complex data concepts into practical insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, along with experience working with data analysis tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think strategically and apply data-driven methods to solve business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.
- Experience in the advertising, marketing, or communications industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline, or a master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred.

Additional Information
Compensation Range: $180,000 - $230,000 annually. This is the pay scale the Company anticipates to offer for this position at the time of this posting. In compliance with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, as well the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay scale at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
