We're seeking a Data Analyst for our growing Enterprise Data team. Our team's main task is to ensure data availability and reliability across the company to facilitate Elastic's strategic goals by managing how data is defined, consumed, delivered, and regulated.
This role will focus on Business Intelligence (BI) and metrics, providing the analysis required for our routine reporting schedule, and uncovering insights through new reports and dashboards to enhance our business performance comprehension. Furthermore, the candidate will collaborate closely with different business partners at Elastic, such as FP&A, Sales Strategy, and Marketing, for comprehensive reporting, analysis, and data management for major enterprise-level decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include working with business partners to identify, craft and develop enterprise-level data sources, performance metrics and reports; developing reporting and visualization capabilities; supporting the delivery and implementation of data certification processes and initiatives; implementing data quality monitoring processes; and performing quantitative analysis and data mining to drive insight.
Applicants should have at least three years of experience with Tableau and SQL, a solid understanding of basic statistics and econometrics, and experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus. Reliable teamwork, independent and creative thinking, strong communication skills, and flexibility are also required.
