Job Description

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition team. You will be leveraging data-driven insights to help build our exceptional workforce.
As a Data Analyst working in Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our recruitment processes. Your insights will enable our team to make strategic decisions and enhance our talent acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas needing improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics related to recruitment such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define data requirements and develop data collection processes.
- Use statistical analysis to assess the impact of various recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the recruitment life cycle.
- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and relay findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay informed with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis within the talent acquisition domain.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics or Business Analytics.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or a similar role, with a focus on HR or talent acquisition data preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is beneficial.
