The HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support the HR department and senior leadership in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HR data and reporting tools, and a passion for using data to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, compile, and clean HR data from a variety of sources, including the HRIS, payroll system, and employee surveys
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards from scratch and reports to track key metrics such as turnover, hiring costs, and employee satisfaction
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis to support HR projects and initiatives
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data and make recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions to HR challenges
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HR data and reporting tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
