Job Purpose: To contribute significantly to the evolution of Sirion’s products by engaging closely with multi-disciplinary teams such as data scientists, software engineers, architects, and devops experts to develop and implement scalable and efficient privacy-protected trustworthy machine learning and Generative-AI functionalities. Key Responsibilities: - Advocate for AI features across all Sirion products - Contribute to defining roadmaps, planning, and execution for AI/ML development platform - Actively identify use-cases from customers and internal teams, and define feature requirements and product specifications - Foster relationships across the organization and facilitate communication between cross-divisional groups - Utilize data and metrics to support assumptions, make recommendations, prioritize features, and drive actions Requirements: - 5+ years in a role leading cross-functional teams in product development as an AI Product Manager - Strong user empathy and drive to influence AI/ML platform strategy - Self-motivated, independent, and proactive; demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities - Experience with platform-level solutions for AI/ML and Generative-AI products and services - Experience with AI Cloud Tech Stacks (AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, GCP AI, HuggingFace, etc.) - Experience with AI/ML Development & Deployment tools - Experience with tooling libraries (e.g. LangChain, GPTindex, etc.) - Experience with prompt engineering, fine tuning - Good knowledge of Python Performance Expectations: - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, written and verbal - A strong drive to streamline processes, with a proven track record of driving improvements in team quality, performance, agility, or effectiveness - Representing the voice of the customer Education & Experience: - Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/Information Science/Data Science or equivalent experience preferred At Sirion, we have a dynamic and innovative team committed to transforming how businesses create, manage, and measure contracts with SirionOne.
