Design plays an essential role in the day-to-day activities at Zendesk. We promote a collaborative work approach, closely cooperating with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Designers, and Researchers. Who we’re looking for

As a Product Designer on the team, your role will involve shaping and improving the integration of advanced AI capabilities into our products, specifically focusing on how AI impacts our customers' Help Centers and knowledge bases.
 

You feel comfortable approaching complex, uncertain problems and can dissect them into easier, clear, and manageable initiatives. You have the ability to look at a large system as more than just an accumulation of its parts. You recognize the business value of good design and pay attention to the details. You can effectively collaborate with multiple designers to harness their expertise and build an exceptional experience for users.
 

Preferably, you are curious about emerging technology, the future of ML in business software, and the role AI will play in our lives. You keep up with the latest tech trends, specifically those occurring at the crossroads of SaaS and AI.

What you’ll be doing

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to addressing complex workflow management problems

  • Work alongside a Product Manager and Engineers to develop designs from ideas to execution

  • Partner with UX Researchers, Content Designers, and other Product Designers to ensure your work is rooted in customer insights, resulting in an exceptional experience for our users

  • Develop interaction models, flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups promoting usability and optimizing how customers engage with our products

  • Present design solutions to partners and senior executives, defend design decisions and incorporate feedback into the design cycle
     

What you bring to the role

  • Experience in designing consumer or business SaaS applications

  • A proactive self-starter who thrives in an ambiguous environment and is capable of communicating and prototyping design concepts rapidly at all levels of fidelity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience creating solutions for enterprise-grade SaaS products or complex systems with multiple dependencies

  • Prior experience working with CMS

  • Experience with LLMs, like GPT

  • Understanding of Machine Learning or willingness to learn

  • Capability to work in a technical environment and illustrate the impact of technical decisions on the overall user experience

The Poland annual base range for this position is PLN212,000.00-PLN318,000.00. Please note that while the salary range indicates the minimum and maximum base salary for this position, the actual pay offered will be based on job-related skills, relevant experience, and other critical factors. This position may also qualify for bonuses, benefits, or related incentives, which will be discussed during the offer stage.
