Why Birdeye?

In the past, local businesses were able to attract customers through advertising and word of mouth. But times have changed. Nowadays, consumers decide where to invest their cash based on a company's online reputation and digital presence. Today's businesses are required to provide remarkable experiences that generate loyal, repeat customers and need a platform that can do this on a large scale. The intricacy and inefficiency of multiple applications for managing and optimizing their marketing and customer relations often vex local businesses. They're kept from obtaining comprehensive customer understandings and acting on these insights in real time due to the fragmentation of point solutions.

Birdeye resolves this issue with its comprehensive reputation and customer experience platform. Over 100,000 local businesses and brands leverage Birdeye to be discovered online with local listings and reviews, interact with consumers via webchat, text, and social media messages, collect virtual payments as well as gain insights to enrich the customer experience using survey, ticketing, and benchmarking tools.

Birdeye is the leading all-in-one platform trusted by more than 100,000 businesses of all sizes to manage online reputation, engage with customers, and generate insights. Founded in 2012 by Naveen (the 2021 EY Entrepreneur of the Year) and Neeraj Gupta, Birdeye is situated in Palo Alto, CA, and is backed by investors Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR.
