Sigma Defense is looking for a Navy Veteran with minimum four years of Navy experience familiar with shipboard training systems and Department/Division routines. We offer an opening for ATGPAC Training Requirements & Data Analyst position as part of the CNSP/ATGPAC Training Support Team. With this role, you get a chance to leverage your experience in shaping Fleet training requirements, aid in the improvement of training processes, and influence the combat efficiency of ship crews. Applicant prerequisites: - A minimum of four years of Navy experience. - Familiarity with shipboard training systems (Training Team Lead or Training Officer) and managing Department/Division routines. - Experience in conducting workshops for identifying Program Objectives and Milestones (POAM). - Capability to improve administrative and operational efficiencies. - Skill to identify, monitor, catalogue, and prioritize shipboard training system problems and shortcomings. - Experience with TORIS, FLTMPS, Battle E submissions, Basic and Advanced Phase training. - Ability to conduct comparison analysis of CPF Surface Navy units executing Operational Fleet Readiness Plan (OFRP). The candidate must possess: - Mastership in planning and scheduling of critical and required schools. - Comprehension of the Surface Navy Basic Phase training processes Surface Force Training and Readiness Manual (SFTRM). - Knowledge of Surface Warfare Training Strategy and Fleet Training Wholeness Strategy. - Meanwhile, they should also have deep insight into the shipboard Mission Area Certification Processes. - Awareness of how Ship and Fleet Non-Combat Expenditure Allowance (NCEA) is planned and promulgated. Personnel Clearance Requirements: - DoD-issued Secret security clearance. Education Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Software/Program Experience Requirements: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to develop and present PowerPoint briefs highlighting issues and solutions to higher leadership.
