The primary goal of the Business Intelligence Unit is to equip all ClearSource departments with essential data and analysis, using BI tools, to encourage informed business decisions and enhance performance. This entails managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders by distributing timely reports, analytics, and business insights, inclusive but not limited to dashboards and scorecards. When these goals are achieved, ClearSource creates a competitive edge within the BPO sector as clients regard us as invaluable partners in the expansion and growth of their businesses through actionable strategic and tactical insights.
Principal Responsibilities
- Establish, cultivate and sustain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that back up critical business decisions.
- Control and enhance processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering as well as modelling, visualization, and delivering communication.
- Hire, educate, develop and oversee analyst-level staff.
- Guarantee the precision and integrity of data and deliveries of reporting personnel with all-inclusive policies and processes.
- Examine, interpret, and present the results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership, technology, and operations squads.
- Supervise the design and distribution of reports and insights that assess business functions and crucial operations and performance metrics.
- Establish and carry out quality controls and departmental standards to guarantee quality.
- Predict future requirements of initiatives connected to the business and create/implement solutions to fulfill these needs.
- Hold a weekly team meeting to:
o Discuss potential updates.
o Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of problems.
o Recognize opportunities to appreciate positive performance.
- Unify employees around our mission through education and initiatives.

Qualifications
- Must hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Statistics or have equivalent work experience
- 3-5 yrs of Business Intelligence foundation or 2-3 years of Managerial experience
- Understanding in employing BI and data visualization tools such as AWS QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau, and Domo
- Understands Data Modeling and Data Schemas
- Able to properly collect data for analysis and insights
- Has remarkable analytical skills to conduct descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Capable of translating data and analysis into actionable insights and quantifiable results to enhance company performance
- Able to conduct project presentations to clients and executives
- Capable of managing stakeholders to fulfill the organization's expectations
- Able to effectively manage, prioritize, and handle several projects to meet target deadlines
- Able to mentor developers and analysts effectively to ensure their success
- Able to evaluate team capacity and bandwidth to strategize task allocation
- Possesses an excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Able to independently and efficiently facilitate meetings both virtually and in person
