Job Description

The Digital Business Factory aims to offer leading, differentiated digital products and services to both our customers and the owners of our hotels, in order to accelerate the transformation of the execution model, promote agile working methods, and strengthen the innovation program by betting on technological capabilities. Our organization consists of +600 talents (internal and external) with expertise in product management, tech, and data.

Our primary mission is to provide all parts of the company - from Hotels to Management, including different business areas - with Data and Analytics products that serve multiple uses. With a strong post-COVID rebound, we are in full modernization (major cloud transition) and transformation/scaling up - approx. 150 people currently organized in Tribe/Squad & Chapter, inspired by the Spotify model - and we support the teams to inscribe this dual culture "Tech" & "Product" in the long term.

The richness of this ecosystem, the spirit of innovation, and the "service" mindset characteristic of Accor's hotel culture are the driving forces that motivate us every day.

Profile sought:

Graduated in computer science, data analysis & Big Data, MIAGE, business consultancy, or equivalent.

At least 3 years of experience related to Data and Cloud domains.
