Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Commercial Data Analyst with exceptional skills to enhance our established team. Your role will involve mastering our group-wide CRM platform, DealCloud (internally known as OneView), to optimize user interactions and drive business growth. We value candidates who are analytical, communicative, and deeply knowledgeable about CRM solutions.

Main Responsibilities

CRM Strategy Development

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to craft and execute CRM strategies aligning with our business goals.
• Analyze trends and user behavior to spot opportunities for enhancing our CRM system.

Platform Management

• Administrate and maintain the CRM platform, customizing and configuring it to meet business needs.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across the CRM database.

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Leverage data analytics to gain insights into user behaviors, preferences, and trends.
• Compile reports to evaluate CRM performance and propose areas for improvement.

User Training and Support

• Provide training and support to users, ensuring effective use of the CRM system.
• Maintain transparent communication with users regarding new data requirements and error resolutions.

User Engagement Enhancements

• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop strategies for intensified user engagement.
• Implement automated workflows and communication strategies to improve interactions.

Daily Tasks

• Support with CRM data management and hygiene.
• Assist users with data queries and the optimal use of DealCloud from a commercial standpoint.
• Engage in data quality checks and the execution of predefined processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with the broader business community to promote best practices.

Qualifications

Education and Background:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of the business and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to manage key stakeholder relationships.
• Previous experience with CRM systems, ideally DealCloud, is advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of Excel and data management tools.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
