Job Overview

Under the direction of the Consignment Inventory Specialist Lead, the Consignment Inventory Data Specialist will handle the day-to-day verification and processing of Patient Registration Cards (PRCs) to ensure usage and data integrity. Responsibilities include reaching out to customers for purchase orders (POs) when necessary, processing unbilled PRCs, and managing returns (CRA) requests within the ERP system. You will also monitor open CRAs and follow up with customers as needed. Collaboration with the warehouse team to address CRA issues for product receipt is essential.

Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction is a key aspect of this role. You will work closely with Customer Experience Specialists, the warehouse department, and commercial customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Utilize QAD ERP System extensively
  • Generate reports using Power BI Reporting System
  • Use Smartsheet Software for various tasks
  • Process and review Patient Registration Cards
  • Manage Return Materials Authorization processing (CRA)
  • Communicate effectively with customers
  • Coordinate with the warehouse as necessary

Requirements

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with customers and within the company
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
  • Experience with customer consignment inventory is a plus

Education, Experience, and Training

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer support environment or a combination of education and experience
  • Completion of training plans and adherence to company policies including Insider Trading, Global Anti-Bribery, and Code of Business Conduct and Ethics within 30 days of hiring, and on an annual basis

Computer Skills

  • Basic to moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of QAD ERP System is preferred
