About the Job

Gear Inc is on the lookout for talented Real-Time Analysts to strengthen our Moderation team. As a Real-Time Analyst, you will work closely with the Regional Workforce Manager and oversee a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Monitoring real-time work volume and schedule adherence through internal tools to maximize staffing efficiency.
• Managing same-day and short-term offline event scheduling for moderation agents while maintaining optimal center performance.
• Analyzing trends in volume, AHT, latency, utilization, shrinkage, and attendance to predict and address overstaffing/understaffing scenarios.
• Communicating performance issues affecting the center via Help Desk to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing detailed reports and updates on the center's operational productivity.
• Ensuring compliance with service level targets and client expectations through strict schedule adherence.

Job Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• University Degree, preferably in Data Analysis or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to create and analyze quality reports.
• Advanced knowledge in real-time management analysis with strong decision-making skills.
• An understanding of Content Moderation is a plus.
• Excellent data analysis skills with a strong logical thinking mindset; ability to structure and analyze data effectively.
• Intermediate knowledge in root cause analysis.
• High proficiency in using MS Excel.
• Impeccable attention to detail.
• Strong personal traits and self-management skills to handle the unique challenges and fast-paced environment in the Content Moderation industry. (Potential exposure to harmful content).
