About the role

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical BizOps Associate to assist our data analytics and process optimization initiatives. The BizOps Associate will collaborate with the Business Operations Team to gather, analyze, and interpret data, offering valuable insights that facilitate informed decision-making. This role is a fantastic opportunity for professional development and progression in the sectors of operations and data analytics.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collect and merge data from various sources, ensuring data quality and precision.
  • Carry out data cleaning, transformation, and manipulation to prepare datasets for analysis.
  • Undertake data analysis using statistical methods, data visualization, and other analytical techniques.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements and provide actionable insights.
  • Aid in the creation of reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to effectively present analytical findings.
  • Help in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations in data to inform business strategies.
  • Monitor and assess data quality, identify, and solve data issues or inconsistencies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Preserve data congruence across all our reporting platforms to ensure that each report represents the same data

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Beginner-level experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, MySQL, Python, or similar tools/languages.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software.
  • Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques for data analysis.
  • Ability to work well in a team setting and work alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with data cleaning, data manipulation, and data modeling is desirable.
