Job Description

We are searching for a person to join our Customer And Monetization Startup, more specifically the Payment team who manages all our global payment issues! Within the Payment team, you will aid our Global Payment Partner Manager on initiatives to increase our subscriber base and retain them as much as possible. 

What you will do:

• Learn and understand customer payment cycles in a subscription-based company and identify churn risk events. 
• Review and document optimization actions previously undertaken by the team to reduce churn, particularly in cases of abandoned carts and payment failures. 
• Analyze current performance in abandoned cart and payment failure situations to suggest and prioritize actions to help Deezer increase subscriber numbers and revenue. 
• Coordinate with the operations and/or technical Payment team to implement those actions. 
• Be responsible for monitoring results and providing insights and suggestions.

Qualifications

This role is perfect for a person with:

• A genuine interest to learn about Payments and Acceptance Rates in a fast-paced digital company. 
• Knowledge in SQL, Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Monday, Confluence. 
• We anticipate a proactive, organized individual with synthesis skills in both written and oral forms, and a deep-seated curiosity! 
• A strong love for music 🎤🥁🎸
