Overview: The Data Analyst will shape and deliver digital change on client projects across our global verticals. As part of a diverse team, you will work with our biggest clients, providing complex regular reporting & data analysis while supporting their digital transformation. You will be: - Supporting clients and assignments, dealing with senior stakeholders. - Converting conversational data into analysis & insights for informed business decisions. - Delivering daily, weekly, and monthly reports to internal and external stakeholders. - Planning and scoping assignments. - Understanding, interpreting, and communicating client requirements. - Ensuring clients’ needs are continuously assessed, and solutions are designed around them. - Building relationships with clients and teaching them new skills through mentoring and shadowing. - Involving in the broader Transformation community, identifying good practices we can adopt, sharing our experiences, and sharing knowledge of tools and techniques with the wider team. You have: - 3+ years of delivery experience working on a variety of process improvement/change projects. - Mathematical ability to analyze and interpret data. - Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to think on your feet, lead/support projects, and drive to achieve results. - Excellent persuasive communication skills. - Team player mentality and ability to work with others to design shared solutions knowledge/understanding. - Ability to analyze, interpret, and create insightful visualizations using Tableau and/or Power BI. - Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations. - A Sigma methodology certification would be highly advantageous. - Desirable skills in data engineering, data science, or ML. - Desirable skills in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Java, ETL Tools, Data Warehousing, Pipelines, and Modelling. - Highly Desirable - operational experience in the Contact center industry. Benefits: The salary range for this role will be between $85,000 to $115,000. Final compensation will be determined by factors like your location, skills, experience, education, and/or certifications. The recruiter will provide the location-specific salary range for this role during the phone screening.
