Data OPS Associate Do you enjoy being a vital component of the Customer Service Order to Cash department? Would you like to deliver excellent customer experience to our internal and external customers? About Team Our Customer Success team is committed to providing comprehensive administrative assistance to our sales representatives and channel partners. We collaborate post-sales with our sales team and customers, offering support and problem-solving skills to ensure an exceptional customer experience. About the role You will be responsible for orders from internal customers across a range of our products, including publications, journals, and books. You will manage the ordering process to ensure successful and timely delivery. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop, and create complex reports for knowledge and insight sharing. Responsibilities - Always prioritize customer experience. - Ensure all activities (orders/agreements/emails) are processed within the agreed time and quality. - Respond to customer queries professionally via phone or email following best practice guidelines. - Maintain and create customer accounts in relevant systems. - Adhere to Business/Process requirements as per SOP/Training Module. - Develop detailed knowledge of your process/business. - Complete a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any escalations received for the team with appropriate corrective actions. - Understand and have end-to-end process knowledge for the process. - Ensure Quality Auditing whenever required for the team. - Be the key resource and support for the Account Manager in the sales process. Requirements - Good experience in a customer service or customer-facing role. - Data-driven nature and understanding how data can shape decisions. - Excellent problem-solving ability, able to resolve issues using existing solutions. - Ability to adapt to changing administrative environments and manage multiple priorities. - Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the capacity to learn new systems. - Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent all-round communication skills. - Ability to work within teams and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization. - Previous experience in Master Data Management or customer data-related roles would be an advantage.
