Data Support Specialist I at DealerOn - Remote Position

Job Description:

The Data Support Specialist I (DS I) is a vital mid-level technical support role at DealerOn. This position is primarily responsible for the onboarding, accuracy, and ongoing maintenance of client inventory. You will work collaboratively with the Development and Customer Support teams, assisting with complex inventory configurations to enhance client satisfaction.

Your daily tasks include managing cases via SalesForce, handling inbound client calls, and providing escalated support for inventory data issues. This role requires a high level of precision, attention to detail, and the ability to handle complex projects effectively.

This remote position operates within EST hours (8am - 10pm), with specific availability needed from 1pm - 10pm EST, Sunday through Thursday. Reporting is out of our Headquarters in Rockville, MD.

Essential Functions:

You will employ a variety of tools and methodologies to offer high-level technical support, maintaining strict adherence to protocols and compliance requirements. Your role involves configuring and troubleshooting data syndication via FTP and API protocols, performing data analysis, and managing data integrity across platforms.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical support experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
• Experience with DealerOn’s products or similar platforms.
• Strong familiarity with SQL databases, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce Service Cloud, and CMS tools like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla.
• Proficiency in handling complex customer service scenarios and technical issues.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Salary and Work Location:

The salary range for this position is $37,500 - $66,300, subject to factors like experience, training, and geographical location. This is a remote position available in various US locations, excluding specific states (full list available in the original job offer).
