Job Description

The NIQ Customer Service team focuses on creating positive customer experiences by offering exceptional customer-centric service and support to unearth insights into consumer purchasing habits, in a prompt and consistent manner. This role fosters loyalty and empowerment to enhance our customers' use of our data and tools through specific expertise, engagement, and problem solving.

  • Serving as the initial point of contact for designated clients and sharing responsibility for the work conducted regarding retail data management.
  • Encourage customer loyalty by supplying digital support and service to customers.
  • Create, upload, and manage local knowledge articles that reflect the latest local service developments on the NIQ Customer Service Online platform.
  • Communicate about Product Enhancements, Universe Updates and Delivery Details to stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and accurate responses as well as market expertise to stakeholders.
  • Develop proficiency in the NIQ proprietary data mining platform and promote its usage and adoption by customers.
  • Gain proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, manage dashboards to monitor and analyse Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from any field
  • Fluent in Korean
  • New graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in a relevant field requiring communication and analytical skills (such as account management, client service, business/market analysis, etc.)
  • A candidate intrigued by the prospect of working in a leading global information and measurement company.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment.
  • Open to change, with a sense of integrity and a client-centric mindset
