Job Description

The role intends to transform the user experience of CIB Operations’ services through prioritisation and implementation of impactful and data-driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to enhance the relevance and optimisation of business services in line with our strategy.

The successful candidate will provide thought leadership, high-quality advisory, analytical, project management, and specialist skills across the value chain to prepare the organization for upcoming transformations.

The objectives include delivering against strategic goals and thresholds to meet stakeholder expectations and contribute to CIB Operations' future relevance aligned with strategic planning.

As part of the Data Products & Insights portfolio for the global CIB Operations business, the role requires:

• Designing, maintaining, and optimising the infrastructure for data collection, management, transformation, and access.

• Informing the design, building, testing, and operationalising of data pipelines and data stores as per applicable architecture, solution designs, standards, policies, and governance requirements.

• Creation of commercially viable and widely accessible data products.

• Passion and skill to lead and inspire a team of data professionals to leverage data products and insights for driving transformation at all levels towards the CIB Operations' future state.

Experience Required:

3-4 years of experience showing application of insights, metrics, strategy, and benefits realisation measures across the organisational value chain to validate successful implementation of initiatives to meet stakeholder expectations.

3-4 years of experience demonstrating ability to collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.

3-4 years of experience in designing, maintaining, and optimising data infrastructure for data collection, management, transformation, and access.

1-2 years of experience showing how insights and trends align with the strategic objectives, proactively addressing upcoming changes while managing internal and external challenges to enhance the success of change initiatives.
