Job Description
As an Account Executive, Embedded Analytics, reporting to the Director Sales, you'll collaborate with teams from Sales, Marketing, and Pre-Sales technical departments. Your role will involve qualifying prospective partners, aligning on key sales stages, and facilitating compelling proof-of-concepts and business cases. You'll spearhead the sales process for our embedded product, focusing exclusively on new clients. This includes prospecting, building pipelines, and nurturing stakeholder relationships. You will articulate our product’s value and negotiate commercial terms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sales process for Visier’s embedded platform across key verticals such as HRIS, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management software providers.
- Meet annual sales targets based on Annual Contract Value.
- Utilize effective research techniques to identify customer strategic priorities and align Visier's value proposition.
- Understand unique business challenges and position Visier’s product as a compelling solution.
- Guide packaging decisions and go-to-market strategy for embedded implementations.
- Address financial and budgetary blockers with creative solutions, challenging current budget and build/buy/partner considerations.
- Continuously improve as an Account Executive and innovate pipeline growth activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams throughout the sales process.
- Contribute to a high-performance sales culture focused on team success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- High Performance: Proven success in selling complex cloud software to multiple departmental stakeholders. Experience in selling embedded/OEM or PaaS solutions is a plus.
- Critical Thinking: Strong business and financial acumen to identify and understand business problems across different sectors.
- Innate Curiosity: Superior qualification skills for identifying compelling events and tying value to business benefits throughout the sales process.
- Art & Science: Mastery in foundational sales skills such as discovery, account mapping, business case development, and storytelling (MEDDPICC or MEDDIC).
- Creativity: Passion for offering world-class solutions that meet both partner and Visier needs.
- Confident Storyteller: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all organizational levels, including C-suite executives.
- Driven To Win: Goal-oriented with a high sense of urgency and a team-oriented mentality.

Compensation: $140,000 - $160,000 per year + Commission
The offered compensation will be based on factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, and skills. Some positions are eligible for additional compensation like commission plans or bonuses, which will be discussed during the interview process.
