Your Role: Activations & Customer Success Specialist

As an Activations & Customer Success Specialist, you will drive the success of our free users on the SplitMetrics Acquire platform, ensuring they fully leverage its features and grow their Apple Search Ads investments. This hybrid role involves customer success, sales, and solutions engineering with the goal of upselling users to advanced plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding and Activation:
    • Reach out to potential accounts and new free users.
    • Guide users through setup and onboarding processes.
    • Ensure effective platform usage and account connections.
    • Collaborate with the Product team for improvements.
  • Customer Education and Engagement:
    • Develop and conduct training sessions and webinars with Marketing and Support teams.
    • Provide Apple Search Ads best practices and recommendations.
    • Maintain regular communication to drive engagement.
  • Sales and Upsell:
    • Identify upsell opportunities within our ecosystem.
    • Work with the sales team to upgrade users seamlessly.
  • Support and Solutions:
    • Offer basic support for Apple Search Ads campaign management.
    • Collaborate with Support to resolve user issues and improve resources.
    • Relay user feedback for platform enhancement.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Track user activity, engagement, and ad spend.
    • Provide reports on user performance and growth opportunities.
    • Meet KPIs and OKRs related to activation, engagement, and revenue goals.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • User Activation Rate:
    • Percentage of new users completing necessary steps.
  • User Engagement Rate:
    • Frequency and depth of platform interactions.
  • Revenue & Spend Growth / Upgrades:
    • Percentage of free users upgrading to paid plans and revenue generated.
    • Increase in ad spend from free users.
  • Customer Retention Rate:
    • Percentage of users continuing platform use over time.
  • Educational Initiative Participation:
    • Attendance at training sessions and webinars.
    • Success in Apple Search Ads exams.
