Role Overview

Fathom is seeking a proactive, energetic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Client Success and Strategy team. This remote position within the US will involve guiding our clients through the implementation of Fathom’s innovative technology within top health systems, physician groups, and billing companies. Your goal will be to convert high-profile clients into advocates for Fathom while developing our client success programs and enterprise-level growth strategies. We need a solution-oriented, organized team player with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on execution and innovation. Join us in modernizing a stagnant industry and scaling our operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, including C-suite executives
  • Act as a Fathom product expert, facilitating communication between clients and our product and engineering teams
  • Develop and maintain a client feedback strategy aligned with our product roadmap and engineering/commercial teams
  • Oversee clients through each phase of onboarding with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Drive revenue through upselling and cross-selling initiatives
  • Convert high-profile clients into Fathom advocates
  • Travel up to 15% as needed

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of client management experience with director to C-level clients
  • Background in management consulting, focusing on revenue cycle management, healthcare documentation management, and/or healthcare operations
  • Ability to solve complex problems efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills and negotiation prowess, with a capability to multitask and reprioritize effectively

Compensation:

  • Salary: $140,000 USD - $195,000 USD
