Mission and Outcomes

The Customer Success Manager will drive all aspects of implementation, adoption, renewal, expansion, and reference-ability for our Public Safety customers. This role acts as a bridge between customers and our Product and Engineering teams. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success, the position involves up to 40% travel.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard: Enable and train new customers
  • Adoption: Drive adoption through proactive outreach and meaningful data-driven engagements
  • Growth: Facilitate account expansion, renewal, and reference-ability
  • Support: Manage technical support inquiries and escalations in partnership with product and engineering teams
  • Voice of the customer: Capture and aggregate direct voice of customer feedback
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become an expert in DFR programs, operations, and the public safety industry

Competencies

  • Proven track record of supporting City, State, or Federal level agencies
  • Successful history of driving implementation and adoption of new technology
  • Experience with UAS or related robotic applications
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to resolve customer experience issues
  • Ability to use metrics effectively to engage with customers
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment
  • 4+ years of experience in GovTech Program Management or Customer Success
  • 2+ years of public safety experience
  • 2+ years of experience with UAS or robotics
