The Role

As the voice of InfinitePay, you will be on the frontline tackling customer issues, from simple queries to complex technical challenges. Your mission is to provide exceptional service, solve problems completely, and turn obstacles into achievements.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage with customers via chat, email, and calls, providing stellar support and solutions.
  • Dive deep into inquiries and technical issues, diagnosing and resolving customer problems.
  • Offer alternative solutions to retain and delight customers.
  • Conduct follow-ups and manage callbacks to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Exceptional communication skills for various interactions.
  • A keen desire to create outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • A sense of ownership and dedication to each situation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.
  • Fluency in Portuguese.
  • Upper-intermediate English skills for internal communication with our diverse team.
  • Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI technologies.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with programming languages, particularly Ruby or Python.
  • A passion for technology and tools like ChatGPT that transform customer experiences.
