Job Description

The Director - Talent Acquisition Technology at Sutherland is a strategic role, reporting to the VP of Global HR Innovation. The successful candidate will collaborate with global HR leaders and functional heads to drive digital solutions in talent acquisition. Responsibilities include managing all Talent Acquisition technology solutions and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while maximizing technology utilization for strategic advantage.

Change management is vital for this role, as it involves leading organizational change to adopt new systems and technologies. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader capable of driving platform utilization, managing initiative portfolios, and fostering continuous improvement in technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:

  • Translate priorities into actionable plans, ensuring resource capability and capacity.
  • Manage projects and programs aligned with talent acquisition strategies for non-linear growth.
  • Identify emerging technologies and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the HR technology landscape.

Program Planning and Execution:

  • Define objectives and scope, ensuring successful execution across all stakeholders.
  • Assess program effectiveness and establish performance management for long-term sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of performance improvement and adaptability.

End-User Support Management:

  • Lead a team of Super Users to address end-user support and compliance issues.
  • Oversee ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
  • Collaborate with COE leaders on larger projects and feature implementations.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development.

Change Management:

  • Lead organizational change for effective digital transformation.
  • Develop strategies to drive cultural change and support new digital tools and processes.
  • Engage team members in continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Perform root cause analysis and design future-state processes.

Adoption and Integration:

  • Implement agile methodologies and design-thinking principles for iterative development.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into workflows.
  • Define metrics for project success and continuous monitoring.

Driving Technology Utilization:

  • Maximize the use of digital tools to drive efficiency.
  • Leverage emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
  • Foster a user-centric approach to technology deployment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in managing HR or TA technology platforms, including multi-regional programs for large organizations.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems, candidate assessment platforms, and AI-driven screening solutions.
  • Experience in end-user support and integration with core HR platforms.
  • Proven ability in strategic planning, program execution, and project management.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and design-thinking principles.
  • Ability to develop and measure metrics for digital transformation success
