Job Responsibilities

  • Execute territory plans to maximize revenue in broad, regionally focused accounts.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand Dynatrace usage.
  • Collaborate with predefined SE support based on region.
  • Consult with VP- and C-level executives to develop enterprise-wide strategies that maximize Dynatrace’s value.
  • Generate market velocity through product demonstrations, events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Build a network within named accounts and channel partners to effectively sell Dynatrace.
  • Work closely with various Dynatrace departments to develop customer-focused solution strategies.
  • Ensure successful implementations for your customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • HS diploma or GED with at least one year of experience in closing enterprise software sales.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven successful track record in enterprise software sales.
  • Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations, compressing decision timelines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence in building diverse territory plans and leveraging a sales ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in acquiring new business.
  • Thrives in high-velocity situations with a sense of urgency.
  • Top-notch organizational and communication skills.
  • Motivated self-starter delivering high performance against quota, driven by VP- and C-level relationships.
  • Ability to build and execute comprehensive business plans.
  • Experience in collaborating and co-selling internally across supporting resources.
  • Experience with MEDDIC (a plus).
  • Experience with APM (a plus).
