Job Details

We are looking for passionate experts in Mastercard Card Payment Disputes with at least 9 months of experience. If you fit this description, we’d love to have you onboard!

Responsibilities

  • Investigating and resolving Card Payment Dispute (CPD) inquiries.
  • Utilizing a full set of tools to submit valid chargebacks for customers.
  • Communicating empathetically and effectively with customers.
  • Making fair decisions according to regulations and policies.
  • Supporting vulnerable customers in dispute claims.
  • Handling dispute inquiries within agreed SLAs.
  • Upskilling to engage with the Mastercard chargeback process through to the Second Presentment stage.
  • Providing guidance and escalation support to the wider team.
  • Recognizing and reporting emerging dispute trends.
  • Identifying personal development areas and seeking training and mentorship.

Qualifications

  • Able to start on Monday, October 28, 2024, with 10 weeks of full-time training (no holidays during the first 5 weeks).
  • 9+ months of experience in MasterCard Chargeback schemes.
  • Exceptional customer service skills for handling complex inquiries.
  • UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
