Job Overview

Are you a seasoned Customer Enablement leader passionate about Customer Education, Scaled Customer Success, and Community Engagement strategies? Are you ready to take on a critical role that drives our growth and customer reach?

Role and Responsibilities

As Apollo’s Head of Customer Enablement, you will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital customer success strategy to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Build and maintain the Self-Service/Scaled customer journey lifecycle, optimizing through Education, Scaled Success, Support, and Community initiatives.
  • Implement self-service tools and pathways that empower users to troubleshoot issues independently, reducing the need for direct human support.
  • Use data analytics to identify patterns and trends in customer interactions, leading to targeted improvements in the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to leverage cutting-edge technologies, elevating the quality of customer interactions.
  • Develop an integrated technology engagement strategy for Apollo’s customer community across various chat, discussion, and forum platforms.
  • Deliver measurable scaled-success engagement tactics and proactive success playbooks for 1:many customer engagements.
  • Establish a version 1 AI Assist strategy for customer engagement.

Who You Are

You are an accomplished leader with successful experience in Customer Enablement strategies. Additionally, you have:

  • Strong business acumen in self-service strategies.
  • A data-driven mindset, leveraging data to set up A/B tactics for product engagement.
  • An understanding of curriculum and certification differentiation by personas.
  • Knowledge of community champion archetypes, motivations, and community-building tactics.
  • Experience with delegating tasks, setting goals, and coaching managers to solve new and unknown problems.
