Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Sourcer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for talent and a passion for technology. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and engaging top IT professionals, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing: Use various methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and role fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective sourcing strategies.
  • Database Management: Update and manage candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to better understand the IT talent landscape.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sourcing metrics and progress to recruitment leads.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in IT sourcing or recruiting.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Proficient in using sourcing tools and techniques.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Understanding of various IT roles and technologies.
  • Advanced or intermediate English skills, both written and spoken.
  • 6-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs.
