About The Role of Learner Experience Manager

As the frontline champion for both learners and the instructional team, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Academics and Learner Success. Your responsibilities will include driving high learner satisfaction, instructor performance, and strong learner graduation rates. This full-time, remote position requires flexibility for evening shifts to support our part-time bootcamps. Current shift expectations are Mon-Fri, 3 pm - 12 am EST, and 12 pm - 9 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the learner experience for 10+ cohorts, impacting over 200 learners
  • Act as a strategic consultant to troubleshoot course and tech-related queries
  • Manage information across platforms to monitor NPS, retention, and instructor hours
  • Lead regular communications with the instructional team to align expectations and celebrate progress
  • Address scheduling needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement
  • Communicate with learners to celebrate milestones and address concerns
  • Retain learners through coaching and motivational skills
  • Collaborate with the enrollment and curriculum teams to ensure smooth onboarding and proactive adjustments

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred in tech or education
  • Passion:
    • Genuine interest in the tech and education sectors
    • Motivation to improve lives through upskilling
    • 1+ years of experience in related fields
  • Results-Driven:
    • Experience in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
    • Strong attention to detail and project management skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating with virtual teams
  • Customer-Focused:
    • Track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
    • Charismatic with a positive attitude and professionalism
    • Experience in management is a plus
  • Tech Savvy: (Preferred)
    • 1+ year of experience in a technical role like web development, data analytics, AIML, or cybersecurity
    • Proficiency with learning management systems

Compensation for this role ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, plus benefits, based on the candidate's experience and skill set.
