Job Description: Manager, Servicing Operations

The Manager, Servicing Operations will oversee and drive key initiatives within our servicing division. Collaborating closely with internal servicing leaders, the technology team, and our subservicer, you will ensure the successful execution of projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to handle complex, cross-functional projects aligned with our business objectives.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in all aspects of loan servicing, including processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and performance metrics.
  • Present project updates to senior management, highlighting key accomplishments, risks, and necessary corrective actions.
  • Ensure that all project outcomes are documented and analyzed to inform future initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects, ensuring completion on time and within scope.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and subservicers, ensuring they deliver on agreed-upon project outcomes.

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project and operational management, preferably within financial services, loan servicing, or a similar industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time.
  • Strong understanding of loan servicing processes, including billing, collections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey project goals, expectations, and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, senior leaders, vendors, and subservicers.
  • Advanced proficiency with computer functions, with MS Office Suite strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexibility to manage projects spanning different time zones and involving international stakeholders.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 annually
