Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This remote role is ideal for someone passionate about sourcing top-tier talent in the field of data science consulting.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, and professional networks.

Candidate Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by acting as the main point of contact.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular meetings to review open positions and discuss candidate profiles.

Job Posting and Advertisement:

• Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms.
• Develop creative recruitment ads to attract a diverse pool of candidates.

Interviewing and Evaluation:

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Evaluate candidate resumes and profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements.

Data Management:

• Maintain up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Generate recruitment reports and metrics for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Proficient in hiring for data analytics roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, BI Developer, Data Engineer, etc.
• Strong candidate pipeline management, including passive candidates.
• Experience using tools like LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and job boards.
• Effective recruitment strategies for attracting top talent in a competitive market.
• Experience in Europe/UK hiring is a must.
• Ability to collaborate with a remote team across different time zones.
• Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
