Jul 25, 2024 - Weights & Biases (Wandb) is hiring a Remote Senior Compensation Program Manager
At Weights & Biases, we are on a mission to build the best tools for AI developers. Our journey began with realizing that while there were excellent tools for developers to create better code, there were no equally great tools for machine learning practitioners to build superior models. We launched our first experiment tracking product and have since evolved into a comprehensive AI developer platform that supports organizations in building their own deep learning models and generative AI applications.
Weights & Biases is a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 dedicated employees. We are proud to serve over 1,000 customers, including prominent names like OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota.
Reporting to the Director of People Operations, the Senior Compensation Program Manager will ensure our compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business needs. This role involves analyzing and benchmarking salary data, developing salary structures, and managing compensation planning cycles. The Manager will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to provide compensation recommendations, ensure compliance and equity, and enhance the company’s overall compensation program.
