Position Overview

TTEC Digital is actively seeking a Senior Principal Technical Project Manager (Sr. Enterprise Project Manager) to join our TTEC Digital Solutions team. This is a remote role with some client site travel requirements.

As a key member of our Project Management team supporting our Microsoft Practice, you will provide program and project management services for the design, deployment, and delivery support of our services and solutions in a client-facing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage the overall delivery relationship with assigned program/project clients.
• Engage frequently and directly with senior-level managers, directors, and executives to provide technical expertise and project status updates.
• Lead the implementation of large enterprise projects and small programs, with team sizes varying from 3 to 50 people, including TTEC staff, contractors, client resources, and vendors.
• Establish and drive program management functions including communication plans, meetings, tracking, reporting, escalation processes, and documentation.
• Deliver weekly status reports, providing project progress and issues to client stakeholders, delivery management, and account teams.
• Ensure client stakeholder alignment and drive overall program customer satisfaction.
• Develop and deliver financial reporting dashboards providing project financial status to client stakeholders.
• Identify high-level risks, assumptions, and constraints; implement approved actions to minimize the impact of risks.
• Review project invoices for accuracy.
• Develop work plans and assign duties to project staff to meet specified project objectives; coach team members to optimize their efficiency.
• Manage the program resource plan, project plan, and schedule to achieve project goals within designated constraints.
• Perform project management duties related to resource utilization and revenue projection.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of established project management methodologies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Skills You’ll Bring

• Experience delivering transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge in at least one of these technologies:
  • Cisco UCCE/CVP technologies (Cisco UCM, CVP, Unity, ICM)
  • Genesys Contact Center
  • Other related contact center hardware and software
  • Microsoft Solution Stack
  • Customer Relationship Management (Microsoft D365 CRM highly desired)
  • Data and AI
• 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience within a consulting environment.
• Experience leading large enterprise client projects with budgets ranging from $500,000 to $10,000,000, including executive-level sponsorship and reporting requirements.
• Experience managing projects following multiple implementation methodologies (waterfall, agile/scrum, hybrid).
• Experience leading a program with multiple projects and workstreams is preferred.
• Experience leading multiple project teams ranging in size from 3 to 50 people.
• Superb written and verbal communication, listening, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to build relationships, collaborate, problem solve, negotiate, drive, and persuade while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
• PMP or other Project Management Certification strongly preferred.
• CSM, ACP, or SAFe Certification desired (required for Hybrid or Agile-focused project teams).
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

What You Can Expect

The anticipated range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $125K to $160K. Actual compensation offers may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill levels. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program.
