How You Will Make a Difference

As the Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition and Operations, you'll play a crucial role in crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies in partnership with executive leadership to build a world-class team. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of People, you will lead a dynamic recruiting team and ensure a positive candidate experience while developing efficient recruitment processes and expanding our international presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement a comprehensive talent strategy aligned with company objectives focusing on hybrid recruiting, brand recognition, international expansion, and DEI.
  • Lead and develop a team of recruiters in full-cycle recruiting across all business functions.
  • Collaborate with People, Finance, and Business Operations teams to fine-tune headcount planning and global mobility programs.
  • Analyze and optimize hiring practices, focusing on recruiting KPIs and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Partner with DEI to execute employment brand strategies and measure impact on company OKRs.
  • Design and maintain scalable recruitment processes, tools, and systems globally.
  • Centralize communication and change management activities to ensure consistency and successful adoption of changes.
  • Provide training to ensure successful adoption of processes and tools.
  • Deliver and monitor a scaled resource model for real-time capacity planning and identify resource gaps.
  • Drive reporting to ensure visibility into recruitment progress and key metrics for decision-making.
  • Build recruiting infrastructure with business intelligence and market mapping.
  • Leverage data and analytics to influence recruitment decisions and evaluate processes.
  • Manage vendor partnerships including tools and external agencies.

Qualifications

  • Successful track record of leading a global and distributed TA organization.
  • Proven experience aligning TA strategy with company goals and collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Expertise in using data to forecast hiring needs and improve candidate experiences.
  • Strong communication skills for keeping executives and hiring managers informed.
  • Demonstrated success in incorporating DEI into TA efforts with tangible results.
  • Experience in talent acquisition operations and knowledge of compliance, tools, and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Familiarity with process excellence, business operations, and project management principles.
  • Proven collaboration skills across cross-functional teams for scalable solutions and change management.
