About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Manager for our Customer Value Management Team. This team is dedicated to supporting our production customers and enabling their success with Coupa Purchase to Pay (P2P). As a Customer Value Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers post-launch, ensuring they achieve their success goals and stay informed about our latest product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee customer relationships and performance.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success roadmap.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews and account strategy sessions.
  • Identify growth and expansion opportunities within customer accounts.
  • Coordinate scheduled customer check-ins and success metric workshops.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer value objectives are met.
  • Share best practices, product updates, and relevant Coupa news.
  • Handle contract renewals efficiently.

Requirements

  • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Source-to-Contract (S2C) domains.
  • Strong understanding of technology planning, implementation, and business impact, particularly in procurement software.
  • Proven track record in customer/client management.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining executive relationships and influence strategies.
  • Project management skills, including leading cross-functional and cross-enterprise project teams.
  • Ability to conduct value-based conversations with business executives.
