Job Summary:
As a Technical Recruiter at webAI, you will be pivotal in sourcing and hiring top engineering talent. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your understanding of various technical toolkits will be key to identifying suitable candidates across multiple engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Implement diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future needs.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct initial screens and detailed interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify technical requirements for each role.
- Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges during evaluations.
- Recruitment Strategy and Process Management:
- Create and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to company's needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
- Analyze recruitment data to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in tech or AI sectors.
- Strong knowledge of technical toolkits and engineering roles.
- Proven track record in sourcing and engaging top technical talent.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
