Job Summary:

As a Technical Recruiter at webAI, you will be pivotal in sourcing and hiring top engineering talent. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies that ensure a seamless candidate experience. Your understanding of various technical toolkits will be key to identifying suitable candidates across multiple engineering disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
    • Implement diverse sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Build and sustain a strong talent pipeline for immediate and future needs.
  • Candidate Screening and Assessment:
    • Conduct initial screens and detailed interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Work with hiring managers to clarify technical requirements for each role.
    • Coordinate technical assessments and coding challenges during evaluations.
  • Recruitment Strategy and Process Management:
    • Create and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to company's needs.
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to onboarding.
    • Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building:
    • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
    • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate quality.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in tech or AI sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of technical toolkits and engineering roles.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and engaging top technical talent.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for technology and AI industry.
