Job Description

As the HR Data Manager at Publicis Groupe, you will play a crucial role in balancing the HR Reporting and Analytics area. This position involves heavy involvement in process assessment, requirements determination, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights to both executives and team members. You will directly report to the department director while leading a small team dedicated to managing the data integrity of SAP/SuccessFactors.

Major Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day support in business processes, reporting, dashboards, and troubleshooting of integrations and data feeds within SAP/SuccessFactors.
- Enhance People data and processes for efficiency and usability, working closely with partners.
- Champion the use of HR metrics and dashboards, employing tools like SuccessFactors Story reports and Power BI.
- Take charge of data gathering, analysis, and cleansing efforts to craft recommendations and proposals driven by analytics.
- Develop and manage detailed data visualizations and dashboards, interpreting and connecting diverse data sources to narrate impactful stories.
- Regularly produce and present reports to executive management, pinpointing improvement opportunities and offering key insights.
- Oversee our HRIS system, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data.
- Provide mentorship to the HRIS team, helping them identify enhancements and new solutions to elevate business and user capabilities.
- Assist in managing relationships with external partners and vendors, and oversee HR technology solutions' selection, negotiation, and contracting.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- HR Analytics certification is advantageous.
- At least seven years of professional experience in HRIS or a related function, with a minimum of five years in SAP/SuccessFactors and advanced reporting roles.
- Proven supervisory experience (three years preferred) and strong project management capabilities.
- Demonstrable proficiency with data analytics tools and advanced spreadsheet and database skills (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Macros, VBA, SQL, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HRIS technology applications and robust analytical skills, combined with a deep knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
