Job Description

As an essential part of the HR team, you will serve as a main point of contact for employees and managers providing HR support on all facets of operational HR, across Europe & APAC and other global locations.  You will handle all elements of the employee lifecycle and also support global HR projects.

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as a key expert, handling user inquiries and implementing changes in the company’s HR systems
• Support both HR project and People System ordinary day-to-day activities
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of existing HR Systems landscape and associated processes across the whole Human Resources Team.
• Support the growth of integrations from the Company’s HRIS (Sage People) to other downstream systems
• Support the continuous improvement of the Company’s ATS (SmartRecruiters) systems.
• Adhere to and enforce a comprehensive change management process for all HR System developments from start to finish.
• Lead the HR system in any HR project implementation to ensure technical requirements and integrations are understood and applied.
• Supplement the HR Data Insights team in delivering standard reporting and advocate data quality across the HR systems.
• Evaluate the efficiency of HR System processes in terms of time and effort, and recommend improvements as necessary.
• Regularly report on time spent on various activities (both projects and normal operations) executed by the role.
• Collaborate with the HR team to assess and devise HR system solutions according to the department and business need.
• Collaborate with technology teams in discovering further opportunities for HR systematization and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Applications/Technology or Human Resources or corresponding practical experience 

Essential

• 3- 5 years as an HR systems or HR operations support analyst in a helpdesk environment
• Practical and profound knowledge of HR Systems and processes architecture
• Hands-on experience in HR data analysis
• Proven accomplishment in delivering HR system ordinary changes and projects (e.g., break-fix, enhancement, system integration, and new system introduction)
• Excellent analytical, organizational, documentation skills, and attention to detail.
• The ability to think analytically and understand and interpret information.

Desirable

• Experience with Sage People, Smart Recruiter, PBI, Saba, Culture Amp
• Experience integrating multiple systems and concurrent implementation
• Computational skills including excel and/or PBI
• 1st and/or 2nd line HR system support
• Experience in HR data loading, HR data conversion, HR reporting creation and/or HR system development
• Experience in HR process analysis and HR process improvement project
• Participation in one full-cycle end-to-end HR system implementation, preferably from the financial sector
• Experience in HR shared services center or similar HR operations, preferably from the financial sector
• Exposure to any best practice methodology (e.g. Agile, Scrum, PRINCEII, SDLC, etc.)
