Job Description

The role involves transforming the user experience of CIB Operations’ services through the prioritization and execution of impactful, data-driven solutions (Intelligent Process Model) to ensure the future relevance of our business and enhance our services in line with our strategy.

The position requires thought leadership, high-quality advisory, analytical, project management and specialist skills across the value chain in preparation for anticipated organizational transformations.

The role is responsible for delivering on strategic goals and benchmarks to meet stakeholder expectations and play a role in the future relevance of CIB Operations in line with our strategy.

This role is part of the Data Products & Insights portfolio for the global CIB Operations business and involves:

  • Transforming data into actionable and valuable products, with a primary focus on the data and insights derived from Process Mining as we build our Intelligent Process Model.
  • Developing effective partnerships with key stakeholders to quickly overcome hurdles and align towards common objectives.
  • Creating commercially viable, widely available data products.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of data professionals to leverage data products and insights to drive transformation at all levels towards the future state of CIB Operations.

  2. Execute – Leverage data to monitor the execution of new solutions and continuous enhancement of Operations environments.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience demonstrating the application of insights, metrics, strategy, and benefits realization measures across the organizational value chain to prove the value of successful initiative implementation in meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • 3-4 years of experience demonstrating the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions, delivering tangible business value aligned with the overall organizational strategy.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Science and the interpretation of data, analysis of outcomes using statistical techniques, and reporting with tangible examples of driving impactful change.
  • 1-2 years of experience demonstrating alignment of insights and trends with overall strategic objectives in order to proactively respond to an upcoming change while managing external and external challenges to promote the success of change.
