Join Allianz Ayudhya as a Manager in Customer Value Creation (Data Analytics)

Your Role:

1. Comprehensive Data Analytics & Campaign Management:

Manage the entire process from end-to-end, ensuring data integrity and streamlined process flows. Your tasks will include updating and mining data, analyzing sales performances, and designing reports to aid in strategic decision-making and resolving strategic business challenges.

2. System Development Collaboration:

Work closely with IT and Business Analyst teams to develop systems that enhance our sales channels. Responsibilities include:

• Management of the Leads Management System
• End-to-end Performance Tracking
• Process Design to boost billing and collection rates

3. Database Management:

Play a critical role in handling various aspects of the database management, such as:

• Data Mining
• Leads Preparation
• Designing data collection methodologies for further analysis

4. Inbound Call Center Oversight:

Ensure the call center operations are efficient and meet set service level agreements (SLAs). Duties involve daily process management, smoothing the leads transfer process, and monitoring and enhancing various quality and productivity metrics.

Requirements for the Role:

Must Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS and expertise in Data Analytic tools such as Python
• Proven experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics

Nice to Have:

• Advanced skills in data reporting/interpretation tools such as Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI
• Familiarity with marketing automation software (Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, SQL
• Ability to use graphic design software like Photoshop, Illustrator
