Job Title: Manager - Dialer & Data Strategy at SBI Card

Role Purpose

Take charge as the Data Strategy Owner, responsible for spearheading campaign strategies and enhancements.

Role Accountability and Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate tracking of data dispositions.
  • Generate process-wise MIS reports across different centers, zones, and vendors.
  • Analyze data trends and develop propensity models.
  • Maintain a comprehensive month-wise repository for vendor review decks.
  • Define hourly data strategies to optimize performance.
  • Review data reports and performance indicators to identify and rectify coding issues.
  • Apply statistical tools to recognize, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets for predictive diagnostics.

Measures of Success

  • Prepare detailed reports for management highlighting trends, patterns, and predictions from relevant data sets.
  • Formulate effective dialer strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.

Key Competencies

  • Expertise in data handling and dialer strategies.

Stakeholder Interaction

  • External: Channel Partners, Tele Calling Agencies.
  • Internal: Product Team, Cross Sell Team, SBIC Audit Team, Infosec.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be a Post-graduate or Graduate with relevant field experience.
  • Overall experience required: 4 to 6 years, specifically in dialer strategy.
  • Preferred industry background: Contact center, service industry, BFSI, with significant exposure to MIS.
